Role Overview
You’ll be exposed to the full process of affiliate marketing activities- from creator recruitment to campaign performance monitoring and analysis.
The Affiliate Intern supports our Affiliate team in daily campaign execution, creator/ MCN coordination, and data tracking across platforms (TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada).
This position is ideal for someone who is detail- oriented, eager to learn and take action, and comfortable working with data, people, and repetitive execution tasks.
This is a hybrid support role, working closely with both our Affiliate Account and Affiliate Network executives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Operations & Execution
Manage and follow up on operational tasks with accuracy and timeliness under supervision.
Assist in daily campaign setup and commission updates.
Support Affiliate Executives in checking activities, preparing and updating campaign calendars, data collection, and reporting.
Research and collect competitor brands and platforms’ activities for the Affiliate program.
Creator & MCN Coordination
Communicate with creators/MCNs to share campaign information details
Assist in collecting and organizing creator/MCN activities.
Help maintain and update the creator/MCN database- contact information, category, rate card, and past performance.
Follow up with creators and MCNs to ensure videos and livestreams go live on schedule
Support in researching and recruiting potential creators and MCNs.
Key Requirements
Education & Background
Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel).
Eager to learn new knowledge, tools, systems, and workflows quickly.
Detail- oriented with good organization and task management
Final- year student majoring in Marketing, E- commerce, Business, or related fields with the ability to provide an official internship endorsement letter from the university
Able to commit to a 6- month internship period.

Eager to learn and open to feedback.
Hands- on and responsible: can handle repetitive tasks with consistency and reliability.
Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable supporting multiple team members or ad- hoc requests.
Fluency in English is a plus.
Positive attitude and energy, enjoys a fast- paced, result- driven work environment.
