JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a creative, forward- thinking, and organized Marketing Executive (junior level with 1→1.5 years of experience) to join our growing team. In this position, you will interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our education services.
You must know how to create dynamic content that fosters engagement and encourages people to interact with us and share our content with their network on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with marketing manager to build social group communities.
Other ad hoc marketing tasks.
Collaborating with marketing manager to analyze social media marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Using marketing strategies to increase company visibility and engagement across social media platforms.
Collaborating with marketing manager to hold offline/online events, webinars, etc.
Collaborating with designer to produce content, style and layout.
Managing, creating, and publishing original, high- quality content on social platforms.
Creating, editing, and publishing engaging content (including editing short videos/reels) daily across various social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Conducting market research to analyze the audience and the industry.
Communicating with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Staying up- to- date with developments in digital technologies and social media trends, and generating new ideas to draw the audience&039;s attention.
Liaising with potential agents for business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication English skills, both verbal and written, for effectively interfacing with all levels of management and departments within the company.
Good understanding of social media KPIs.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Expertise in multiple social media platforms, including strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and networks at one time.
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels, with the ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
Strong problem- solving skills, with a knack for turning statistical analysis into actionable marketing plans.
Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator or similar role.
