Operation Executive (Freight Fwd)/Nhân Viên Chứng Từ (Hàng Air Import)

On- time escalation of Airfreight Import shipment irregularities to next level of authority.
Basic communication with relevant parties:o Rhenus Network/Agents: Ensure receipt of full Pre- Alert documents and Shipment EDI.o Customers/In- house Department/Subcontractors: Ensure smooth arrangement of Customs Clearance & Delivery or Shipment Hand- over.· Preparation, collection, completion and submission of required documentation during shipment handling process.· Airfreight Import Shipment creation and conversion to Job in operation system.· Pro- active Airfreight Import Shipment monitoring and data entry of Mandatory Status Codes in Operation system.· Ensure required documentation in the job file.
Perform duties according to SOP and Transport Management System (Operation System) Manuals andensure each step is performed according to KPI’s set.

Basic verbal and written communication skills in English.
Professional working attitude.
Basic knowledge of freight forwarding, trucking and customs clearance services.
Motivated to learn new processes, receive feedback and work independently.
Highly trainable and approachable.
Preferably 1- 2 years of experience in a similar position preferred.
