Operation Manager

· Building SOPs as well as implementation standards for strategic partners.
· Evaluating existing suppliers/vendors in order to enhance productivity and achieve the highest efficiency.
· Overseeing the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies
· Overseeing the entire order planning to ensure effective allocation
· Formulating strategy and improving the performance of the team
· Work with the customer about their demand, and factory capacity to get orders.
- Leader innovation from group & Factory
- Keep close relationships with partners.
· Other tasks assigned by BoD.
· Plan and build successors to respond to organization development demand..
· Interpreting sales reports and providing guidance on how to improve figures and customer engagement.
· Tracking Just- in- time inventory movement, making sure supply materials to production as planned in the scale of time, quantity, and quality.
· Identifying trends and monitoring supply and demand.
· Manage and Develop teams with proper capability to serve company business strategy.
· Be the leader of innovation and automation of work processes to make the team be more effective.
· Bulk orders control.

· At least 6 years at the management level, in the garment business is a plus.
· Bachelor&039;s degree in business administration, garment, foreign trade, or related field.
· Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
· Well- versed with the Vietnamese garment market and customer trends.
· Outstanding experience of working with customers & T2.
· Deep knowledge of garment business, operation processes in the factory, and merchandise procedures.
· Language: Excellent English capability.
· Have project management experience.
