Operation Manager (Arcade Games Environment)

Responsibilities:
Efficient Operations:
· Explain game rules to customers and provide superior customer service.
· Assist customers and perform minor repairs on game machines.
· Working with vendors, suppliers.
· Ensure all arcade operations run smoothly and cost- effectively.
· Work directly with the shopping mall to ensure smooth store operations.
· Find ways to enhance the quality of customer service.
Inventory and Reporting:
· Ensure accurate and timely completion of reports (e.g., purchase, inventory, sales).
· Monitor store inventory levels daily to maintain product availability.
Store Presentation:
· Maintain a pleasing image for the store and redemption area.
· Optimize store displays for better traffic flow.
Process Improvement and Strategic Goals:
· Continuously improve operational systems and processes.
· Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
Scheduling and Staff Management:
· Assign specific duties to team members.
· Plan and prepare work schedules for employees.
· Assist in recruitment and hiring to meet store needs.
· Ensure proper training for all store amusement employees. Supervise staff effectively.

Requirements:
· Customer service experience, strong verbal communication skills supported by a pleasant and positive attitude.
· Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor team members.
· Flexibility to work in shifts, go for business trip and overtime when machinery is delivered.
· Communication: Excellent communication skills both Vietnamese and English.
· Skills: Knowledge of operations management, electronics, technology.
· Strong operational skills with a focus on great time management.
· Experience: 2+ years work experience as an Operation Manager, or in a similar role.
· Organization: Outstanding organizational skills.
