Operation Manager

Plan to import goods in accordance with financial conditions to ensure that there are always enough stock to supply the market with the best price.
Make daily report and monthly report to the CEO.
Make business plans and marketing plans.
Knowledge and experience in the field of lubricants and chemical supply business. Has a wide relationship in the chemical and lubricant industry to get the most timely and fastest price information.
Ability to assess potential and develop new business.
Build good relationships with customers, banks, and suppliers.
Knowledge and experience in business management, marketing, customer care, and analyzing the market to come up with a suitable business plan.

Proven previous experience in team management is advantageous.
Excellent communication skill- spoken and written English.
At least 2 years’ experience in operation management or similar position (prefer female).
Strategic planning experience.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Collaborative, focused on delivery with ability to coach to achieve results but robust and challenging where needed.
Effective relationship management (with internal staff and external customers).
Detailed oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
