Operation Manager

Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to established procedures and protocols.
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Identify root causes for underperformance and take corrective actions.
Create long- term plans to drive efficiency, productivity, and growth.
Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collect data and generate reports on productivity, costs, quality, etc.
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
Develop operations strategy aligned with company goals.
Develop and implement efficient operational systems, processes, and policies.
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost- effective way
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Manage budgets and forecasts
Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence.

Experience in managing stakeholders
Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
Three or more years of experience in an upper- management role
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
