Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Purpose of the Role: The Operations Manager will act as the strategic right- hand partner to the CEO, ensuring the seamless execution of operational strategies that align with company’s vision and goals. This leader will drive operational excellence, foster collaboration across all departments, and uphold the values of the organization. The Operations Manager will be instrumental in building a high- performance culture, enabling sustainable growth, and maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Support the CEO in managing strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across departments.
Partner with the CEO to translate the company’s vision into actionable operational strategies.
Act as a key advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations to optimize operations.
Operational Management
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to ensure goals are met.
Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures to support scalability.
Oversee day- to- day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost- effectiveness.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and their teams to achieve operational excellence.
Serve as a bridge between teams and the CEO, facilitating clear communication and alignment, with clear advocacy for the needs of the company.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the organization.
Process Improvement and Efficiency
Streamline workflows and implement best practices to improve productivity.
Identify areas for operational improvement and drive initiatives to enhance performance.
Stakeholder Management
Represent the CEO’s vision and priorities in interactions with clients, partners, and staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Business Development Manager (BDM) and Business Executive Manager (BEM).
Risk and Compliance Management
Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company compliance requirements.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to operational success.

Qualifications and Experience:
Experience working closely with executive leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Strong track record of implementing successful operational strategies and driving business growth.
Understanding of cross- cultural communication and international business practices.
Proven experience in a senior operational or strategic leadership role, preferably in outsourcing, staffing, or Australian construction related industries.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Fluent Vietnamese as well as English IELTS score of 7.5 and above.
