JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Performance Marketing Operation:
Content and listing optimization for higher conversion rate and sustainable portfolio management
Build and use a strong digital expertise in Web/search (SEO, SEM) and eCommerce customer journey, marketing platform, CRM, and data (collect, usage, analysis) to plan, create and run paid social and paid search marketing campaigns on digital platforms, mainly on Amazon/Wayfair/Walmart platforms. Manage overall and detailed budgets for different layer of campaigns
Proactively working with Sales team and other team to deliver business tactics as a whole, building strong business acumen to deliver excellent digital strategy; measure and improve overall digital performance with an ROI approach.
Implement a culture of A/B testing to improve your audience, message, and experience to boost search engine marketing (SEM) performance. Proactively monitor and analyze competition within search engine advertising.
Marketing Research, Standardization and Optimization:
Assess, quantify and create highly attractive marketing trends, brand partnerships to generate new company and customer values.
Be knowledgeable of the requirements for compliance to brand, regulatory and other standards.
Support the expression of requirements for all marketing profiles (in different markets) and best practices for using reports and building analysis.
Business expansion/ Project management:
Participate as key member of business expansion projects: new channel, new countries (JP, EU5, UK, CA, MX...), new services...
Participate as key member of business improvement project: automations, new process, new tools...
