Performance Marketing Executive

● Find ideas, stay up- to- date with trends, translate product ideas into detailed requirements and follow up with design team, in charge of product development
● Propose improvements and new ways to Product teams on how to better integrate ad formats
● Write Ads copy, setup of all campaigns, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, Tiktok…; assess against goals (CPP, ROAS, CPC,...) and continuosly optimize campaigns
● Use market/ product research to get ideas for in house products
● Manage and optimize Ad Revenue, analyze the market and keep informed of key trends and best practices to implement
● Stay up- to- date with trends and test variations of ads to determine the best performing to grow Revenue

● Male candidate is prefereable
● Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook or Google AdWords ) with minimum 1 year of experience
● Keen eye for design
● Good at English and communication
● BA/BS or equivalent working experience. Graduation from IT faculty is preferable
● Have experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
● Mathematic and Analysis ability is a plus
● Detailed- oriented and organized
● Enjoys learning new things; ambitous to grow in the industry
● Ability to do basic graphic design work is a plus

Working information:
● Working time: 8: hours per day, from Monday to Friday- 1 and half hour for Lunch break
Test and Interview:
● Candidates will do a Test and join an interview with Manager and higher level (if applicable)
