Key Purpose of the Job:As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns for our group’s business. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and marketing team to develop strategies, create compelling ad creatives, and analyze campaign performance. Your primary goal is to generate qualified leads by driving targeted traffic effectively, increase brand awareness, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) through paid social media channels.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Ads Campaign Planning
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends.
Set campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Develop paid social media advertising campaign that aligns with overall marketing goals.
Ad Creation and Management:
Ensure all ad sets targeting are precisely set- up and that ad creatives have good click through rate.
Set up and manage ad campaigns on social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads).
Ensure the personas attribution on paid social are following the marketing and digital strategy
Collaborate with content and design team and design eye- catching ad creatives for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Zalo, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Write a compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
Define and segment target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behavior.
Use audience insights and data analysis to refine targeting strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Budget Management:
Monitor daily budget spend to ensure campaign settings and KPIs are on track across all lead acquisition channels.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Make data- driven recommendations and adjustments to improve campaign performance
Implement A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and ad placements.
Regularly analyze key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS) to assess campaign effectiveness.
Funnel Management:
Collaborate with TMK to monitor lead quality and supplies volume and effectiveness.
Perform weekly paid social performance report against business KPIs and identify key findings to improve campaign performance for each center.
Collaborate with Community Management Executive to execute optimal lead acquisitions tactics, improve conversation scripts and maintain lead status follow up.
Participate in weekly catchup with Marketing Business Partner to update on customer insights, identify trends in the market and define action items for improvement.
Reporting:
Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports to stakeholders.
Communicate campaign results and insights to the marketing team and clients.
