Personal Assistant to Senior General Manager (Japanese)

Supporting & Assisting:
- Follow all working procedures, the company ’s policies, regulations and instruction
- Check, monitor, remind and guide Colleagues to follow the rules, regulations and instruction.
Lead the organization, promote challenges and drive growth
- Promote solutions to various problems centered on MD with independence and a sense of ownership.
- Respect and support the other person, but we will not only support but also lead as needed.
Solve essential problems
- Organize problems, find bottlenecks, and work with all relevant departments to resolve them
Work on both the management side and the practical work side
- Understand, execute, and improve the details of work, not a critic or consultant

- Time- management and team- work skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English

- At least 1 year of experiences in Assistant (Expat)
- Good command of spoken and written English (intermediate level) and Japanese N3 level is desirable, but as an ability even if don&039;t have official qualifications).
