Job Brief• We are looking for a seasoned Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, with a strong background in solution architecture, data engineering, and application development. This role will collaborate closely with clients and cross- functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive business transformation and innovation.

Responsibilities
• Conduct proof- of- concept (PoC) sessions and demos to showcase potential solutions to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in Power Platform development practices.
• Establish best practices and governance policies for Power Platform environments, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Lead the architecture, design, and development of Power Platform solutions to address business needs.
• Ensure successful end- to- end solution deployment, from concept through deployment and continuous monitoring.
• Provide expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse for high- quality solution delivery.
• Define data models and manage integration points with external systems, including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third- party applications.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:
• Background in data modeling, data engineering, and analytics is a plus.
• 8+ years in IT solution architecture, with a minimum of 5+ years dedicated to the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model- driven apps), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management, is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
• Proficient in designing and developing custom applications using Power Platform.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into solution designs.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
