Digital Marketing (70%)
Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Plan, execute, and manage campaigns involving TikTok influencers, freelance models, and other KOCs.
Coordinate and manage brand events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Develop and execute strategies to collaborate with top Vietnamese celebrities, oversee photoshoots and filming sessions for KOLs and KOCs, including selecting KOLs and KOCs for collaboration, writing briefs and participating in the photo- shooting and filming process.
Maintain up- to- date knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of online paid media.
Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment to assess the effectiveness of PR and marketing activities.
Draft and manage paperwork, including contracts, payment forms, and other documents required for media vendors, KOLs, KOCs, and magazines.
Maintain the brand website with updated information from related teams.
Highly organized with regard to planning and execution of social media strategies and marketing campaigns when assigned
Build a Digital Marketing Plan in detail by season/month based on the marketing campaign, with a focus on social media, search/display marketing and online advertising.
Work closely with agencies and commit high performance to execute a digital marketing plan
Measure and report, evaluate the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), providing monthly, and weekly reports. Proactively propose action plans to improve ROI and KPIs when necessary.
Function related paperwork liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper work procedures
Collaborate with media agencies to secure community seeding and PR articles in reputable fashion and lifestyle magazines.
Negotiate terms and conditions, and manage pricing with different vendors.
Master in building up & developing social platforms to reach the highest performance following brand direction.
Manage digital eco- system (Paid/ Owned/ Earned) with daily optimization.
Master of engaging storytelling, and crafting high- value, educational, and persuasive digital media content
Using analytics to plan, execute and optimize, improve cost per result for paid advertising.

Digital analysis from Google Analytics, Facebook Insight & E- comm data
