Pre-Implementation Consultant (Thai/japanese Speaking) Titan Dealer Management Solutions Pty. Ltd.

• Communication with Clients, OEM (manufacturers) and other Titan Teams (Australia and other Global markets).
• Escalate and reproduction of software issues for the development team.
• Utilize SQL (both pre- written and ad hoc statements) to setup/ maintain interfacing and assist with the data migration validation process to ensure best outcome for the customer.
• Provide post- data conversion validation outcome to ensure that the data conversion is completed successfully.
• Report/Escalate issues identified to the team leader, DBA team and/or project manager.
• Use Project Management Software to follow up and make sure that all steps in the project are completed before go- live.
• Obtaining and understanding requirements to configure databases from the front and back end tailored to the customers&039; requirements.
• Communication with OEM (manufacturers) and third parties to obtain requirements/ credentials to set up interfaces.

Technical Attributes:
• Intermediate level in Japanese/Thai language (reading, writing).
• Good communication skills in English- both writing and speaking.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
• Familiar with Microsoft office suite.
• Have investigating and problem- solving skills.
Preferred Attributes:
• Experience using Project Management software.
• Have interest in Information Technology/ Automotive industry.
• Experience in Data Migration or Data Entry.
• Experience in the Automotive industry (Vehicles/Trucks or Scooters).
• Experience in General Accounting/ Automotive Accounting.
