Printing Process Management (Printing Manager):

Ensure consistent, sharp printing quality without defects, and in line with customer requirements.
Collaborate with design and technical departments to ensure accurate execution of printingrequirements.
Supervise the printing process of logos, patterns, and decorative elements on sports footwear.

Process Improvement:

Suggest and implement measures to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
Research and apply new technologies in both the printing processes to optimize production.

Quality Management:

Ensure the final product meets company quality standards and customer requirements.
Work with the QC department to monitor and inspect product quality throughout the productionprocess.

Equipment Management and Maintenance:

Propose purchases of necessary equipment and tools to enhance productivity and product quality.
Monitor, maintain, and repair assembly and printing equipment to ensure continuous and effectiveoperation.

Personnel Management and Reporting:

Propose solutions to address issues and improve work efficiency.
Lead and manage production staff, ensuring they are fully trained on skills and processes.
Provide weekly/monthly production reports on output, quality, and progress.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, Printing Technology, or related fields.
Problem- solving, analytical skills, and process improvement expertise.
Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
In- depth knowledge of sports footwear production processes, printing technologies.
At least 10 years of experience in sports footwear production, with at least 5 years in printingmanagement role.
Experience working with quality management systems and production standards.
Proven experience in managing teams, training staff, and resolving production issues.
