Product and Technical Manager
to lead the ongoing development of
PRISM
, an encompassing real estate digital transformation product. The position will report directly to the General Manager and will provide an entire overview of the business and technical development of the product.
Responsibilities:
Develop and articulate a clear product strategy that aligns with business goals and market needs.
Drive the end- to- end product development process, from ideation to launch. Define user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and technical considerations.
Ability to create solutions that address critical challenges and enhance the well- being of individuals and communities in fields such as: Building Management, Transportation, Internet of Thing, Artificial Intelligence, Security, …
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high- quality products on time and within scope.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs. Translate insights into actionable product strategies.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors. Advocate for the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other cross- functional teams to ensure a unified approach to product development. Facilitate communication and foster a collaborative environment.
Assess, monitor, and evaluate key market and risk trends in assigned states. Work across the team to innovate, strategize, and implement product enhancements, new products, pricing structures, technology, and efficiency.
Strong documentation skills to reduce misunderstanding sand providing a clear reference for decision- making throughout the product lifecycle.
Use data- driven insights to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.
Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate the feasibility and potential ROI of new product initiatives. Manage budgets, set pricing strategies, and monitor key financial metrics.
Possess a strong technical background to effectively communicate with development teams, understand technical complexities, and make informed decisions. Bridge the gap between technical and non- technical stakeholders.
Serve as the product evangelist both internally and externally. Communicate the value proposition of the product to sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product initiatives.
