Your role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end- to- end management of smaller website and e- com development projects. You will work closely with clients, project managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to handle any issues that may arise during the project.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution. Working closely with the Project Managers to assign tasks and responsibilities, and monitor progress to keep the project on track.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post- project evaluations.
Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards before being handed over to the client.
Act as the primary point of contact for the vendors, securing regular updates, gathering feedback, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Good at English communication (verbal and written).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem- solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Proven experience as the Technical Project Manager in website development or a similar digital role.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, JIRA, or similar.
Familiarity with web technologies, content management systems (CMS), and basic web development principles.
