What you will do
Product Development:
Create a roadmap that prioritizes and sequences product features to enhance the performance of marketing tools;
Oversee product launches, product marketing, and other go- to- market activities for tools and platforms.
Propose and explore new features and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and continually improve our platform’s value proposition;
Gather requirements, conduct user research, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the team focuses on delivering high- impact projects;
Drive the adoption and onboarding of internal tools and platforms, working closely with users to ensure they are engaged and successful;
Develop and drive the product vision and strategy for our B2B promotion platform, aligning it with overall business objectives;
Data- Driven Decisions:
Leverage data analytics and insights to understand user and merchant behavior, trends in marketing solutions, and areas for improvement in marketing features;
Use data to make informed decisions, optimize existing features, and guide the development of new features to enhance performance.
Cross- Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate cross- functional teams, comprising senior engineers, designers, and analysts, to grow platform adoption and overall performance;
Effectively communicate product updates.
Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization;
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
Technical education background is a plus.
Experience:
Experience in analytics (Google Analysis), is a plus.
Experience in developing internal tools or B2B products is a plus;
3+ years of experience;
Essential skills:

Skilled in utilizing wireframing tools such as Figma;
