- Facilitate implementation of market intelligence strategies; analyze competitive market information & prepare countermeasures.
- Plan strategies, evaluate factors for effective branding of the product; optimize pricing based on market price dynamics; facilitate adaptation of product packaging to local settings; manage product life cycle, including new indications, line extensions, modifications, and other life cycle strategies.
- Develop short- and long- term plans, analyze market research findings, prepare a budget, evaluate inventory requirements, design promotional campaigns, and integrate management inputs to establish the strategic direction of the product in terms of profit, sales, market share, growth, and desired market positioning.
- Ensure that product marketing strategies and tactical programs are developed and implemented to enhance market performance.
- Set product strategies and objectives in alignment with the company strategy.
- Planning, developing marketing strategies, and implementing tactical plans to ensure marketing and sales objectives for a particular product or group of products are met.
Identify development opportunities and assess the potential for new product launches.
- Understand customers and the market environment; conduct market research when necessary.
- Monitor performance and manage A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Marketing Manager or Board of Directors
- Lead new product development and launches.
- Support the field force to achieve sales targets.
- Develop advertising, promotional, and communication campaigns.
- Forecast sales.
- Monitor product budget expenditure in line with approved plans.
- Address logistical and administrative requirements to ensure the availability of necessary resources and products.
- Follow up on goods shipment and production & provide updates to the sales force.
- Conduct training for Sales Representatives as needed, including Product Knowledge, Objection Handling, and Promotional Materials.
- Ensure all business activities comply with company, corporate, and industry codes of conduct.
- Build close relationships between the Product/Brand and key customers.
- Coordinate with the regulatory department to monitor visa registration status and plan for renewals or new registrations.
