JOB DESCRIPTION:
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap — ensure alignment with company goals and market needs.
Continuously collect and analyse user feedback and market data, track product performance (KPIs), and propose improvements to optimize user experience and business value.
Participate in agile ceremonies — sprint planning, grooming, review, daily standups — to help the team stay aligned and deliver quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders (business, marketing, sales, users) to gather and refine requirements; translate needs into clear, actionable tasks for development teams.
Accept completed work, review deliverables against acceptance criteria, and ensure finished features meet product standards and user expectations
Build, maintain and prioritize the product backlog (user stories, epics, acceptance criteria), focusing on delivering maximum value first.
Support go- to- market planning and coordinate product launches (in collaboration with marketing/sales), ensuring smooth delivery to users.
Work closely with cross- functional teams (developers, designers, QA, UX/UI) to guide product design & development, ensure requirements and user stories are well understood.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:
Experience in product development — especially mobile apps in the entertainment or e- commerce domain.
Strong communication skills with client and internal teams;
Fluent in English
Strong UX capabilities, with a focus on the Asian market.
Able to manage stakeholder’s expectations;
Good management skills and leadership skills;
Experienced as project lead or project manager in business application development projects for enterprise customers;
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering
Ability to design wireframes.
At least 2 years of experience in a role equivalent to Product Owner or BA cum PO
Familiar with software development life cycle and methodologies, familiar with general project deliverables required, e.g. project plan document, system specification document, UI mockups, test reports, test cases, deployment document, etc;
Nice to have:
Experience in domains such as Aviation, entertainment, ERP
KR (Korean) fluency
Experience participating in presales / pre- sales process
Holding PMP certification
Experience running ODC projects with > 10 members
Experience running ODC projects for > 6 months
