Product Owner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of CDP product within the loyalty platform, CRM, and ERP domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing software development projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate cross- functional teams to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Definition: Work closely with stakeholders to identify and define product requirements, write user stories, and acceptance criteria.
CDP Product Management: Develop and manage the roadmap for the Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.
Research and Development: Analyze market trends, conduct user research, and gather feedback to improve the product.
Performance Evaluation: Measure and analyze the performance of implemented features and improvements, using data to make strategic decisions.
Project Management: Coordinate work between technical, marketing, and business teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of new features.
Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that critical features are developed and deployed on time.

Qualifications:
