Product Owner (IoT)

Product Strategy & Vision
• Translate strategic business objectives into detailed product roadmaps and feature backlogs.
• Collaborate with business leaders, data teams, and engineers to identify user needs and market opportunities within the IoT domain (e.g., smart devices, smart home, smart retail, supply chain visibility).
• Define and communicate the vision and strategic direction for IoT- based products that align with One Mount’s ecosystem goals.
Backlog Management
• Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to ensure the delivery of maximum value in line with business objectives.
• Write clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria and work closely with UI/UX, engineering, and QA to deliver features effectively.
• Balance feature enhancements, technical debt, and innovation opportunities within the development lifecycle.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a central point of contact for IoT product development—bridging business, engineering, design, and operations.
• Present product plans, progress, and outcomes to senior management and relevant parties.
• Gather requirements and feedback from key stakeholders including internal teams, end- users, and external partners.
Project Execution & Delivery
• Ensure timely delivery of product increments while maintaining alignment with broader ecosystem goals.
• Drive agile ceremonies (daily stand- ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) with the delivery teams.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance based on usage data, KPIs, and user feedback.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Identify and pilot new use cases that connect IoT data with One Mount&039;s ecosystem (e.g., data analytics, AI automation, user personalization).
• Stay up to date with IoT trends, emerging technologies, and market benchmarks to drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards applicable to IoT.

13- month salary with annual performance bonus, project incentives, sales incentives (based on position),
Lunch allowance: 730.000 VND/ month
