Product Owner

Objective:

Defining and prioritizing product features, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maximizing the value of the product.
Managing the product backlog, setting the vision and strategy for the product, collaborating with cross- functional teams, and ensuring that the product meets user needs and market demands.
Work with stakeholders and the development team, translating business needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities:

Backlog Management.

Continuously update the backlog to reflect evolving business needs, feedback, and insights from users.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is properly prioritized and well- groomed.
Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements to guide the development team.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Facilitate communication and alignment on priorities, ensuring that stakeholders are informed about progress, changes, and upcoming releases.
Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders (executives, customers, sales) and the development team.
Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to continuously improve the product.

Development Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of the product goals, features, and requirements.
Address any issues or blockers that arise during development to keep the team on track.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand- ups, retrospectives, and demos to ensure the team is aligned with the product vision.

User- Centric Design and Testing:

Define and oversee user testing, collecting feedback to validate and iterate on features and functionality.
Focus on delivering value to users by understanding their pain points, needs, and feedback.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a user- friendly, intuitive product experience.

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar roleProficiency in Python programming, Object- Oriented Programming (OOP) and data structures & algorithms
Ability to inspire and guide cross- functional teams, aligning them with product goals and priorities
Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields.
A basic understanding of software development processes and technologies to effectively communicate with development teams
Ability to identify issues and provide actionable solutions, focusing on both user needs and business value
Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non- technical stakeholders
