Production Control Planner

ly addressing and resolving production issues (material supply/quality/new product delay...) to minimize delays in production.
Recommending viable solutions to improve production output as well as improve production schedule attainment.
Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
According to total demand, capacity check to see weekly/month labor requirements/production line request, fixture request, inhouse capacity constraint and action plan to fulfill demand with relating departments.
Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
Evaluating weekly firm order and forecast from customers.
Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
Promtly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
Estimating material readiness with buyer, fixture/equipment/machines with Engineering, UPH with IE and labor required for production.

Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
Proven track record, communication and problem- solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills, prove ability to influence others and lead change management
2- 3 years of experiences
Bachelor degree
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
General knowledge of supply chain operation planning
