Production Manager

Production & Delivery Management

Plan and manage development timelines and production schedules.
Break down milestones, track progress, and ensure on- time execution.
Own end- to- end delivery across Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

Systems & Process Development

Continuously optimize processes to improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Standardize SOPs for development, data processing, and reporting.
Design and implement scalable production workflows.

Quality Control (QC) Ownership

Build and maintain QC frameworks for data, AI outputs, and final deliverables.
Define QC checkpoints, quality thresholds, and escalation rules.
Coordinate manual and AI- based QC processes to ensure consistent output quality.

Monitoring & Reporting

Provide clear status updates and issue reports to management.
Monitor daily production performance, bottlenecks, and operational risks.
Track key KPIs including accuracy, turnaround time, error rates, and rework.

Cross- Functional Coordination

Align delivery priorities with business goals and client expectations.
Translate requirements into clear, executable tasks.
Act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Data, and Account teams.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify production risks early and propose mitigation plans.
Handle incidents, perform root- cause analysis, and drive continuous process improvements.

Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
Strong risk management and problem- solving abilities.
High sense of ownership and responsibility.
Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Basic technical knowledge of Web/Mobile applications, APIs, Databases, Cloud is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent planning and timeline management skills.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar roles (BA, Scrum Master, Tech Lead transitioning to PM).
Logical, meticulous, adaptable, and continuously improving.
Proficient with project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, Slack, basic Git.
Prefer candidates with certifications: Scrum Master, PMI- ACP, PMP.
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
