Production Manager

Our client is a high- quality packaging manufacture to meet the demands of various industries. With advanced technology, sustainable practices, and a commitment to excellence, we provide customized packaging products for clients.
We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our team and take charge of our manufacturing operations. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to drive production efficiency, ensure product quality, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to meet performance goals and improve operational efficiency.
Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Engineering, Sales) to ensure smooth operations and meet customer requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement Lean Manufacturing principles where applicable.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Manage production budgets and control operational costs.
Monitor production schedules, coordinate with supply chain, and ensure optimal use of resources.

Familiarity with ERP systems and production- related software is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in the packaging industry or related manufacturing sectors.
