Production Manager

Evaluate production schedule and labor requirements to provide work direction, effectively balance labor resources and provide feedback on planning.
Lead and perform cost saving initiatives to ensure the development of LEAN maturity in both culture and processes.
Be responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving ISO 9001:2015 and other requirements (Zeder&039;s standards, customer&039;s requirements...).
Make planning (capacity/ manpower/ investment/ cost) for upcoming demands.
Take in charge of and lead team for project management and change management.
Set target, monitor the execution and do on- time adjustment to ensure performance moving on the best track.
Evaluate employees&039; performance and define development plan for both working skills and interpersonal skills.
Monitor daily operations to coordinate activities and trigger corrective actions to resolve production issues on a timely basis.
Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day- to- day operations to ensure productivity and meet customers&039; expectations.
Forecast budget and manage overall cost or investment within agreement.
Develop and maintain production metrics for delivery, quality, cost, safety and manpower fluctuation.

General business thinking, analytical and strategy thinking.
Fluency in English.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Management, Manufacturing, Engineering or related fields.
Strong communication, leadership, project management and decision- making skills.
LEAN knowledge and thinking.
At least 08- year experience in production management.
Solid technical knowledge about production technology and machine; Adequate knowledge of business and management principles.
Understanding of automotive products (preferable).
