Project Manager

• Work directly with the Founder to absorb and interpret creative direction.
• Ensure all deliverables align with the original creative vision, meet deadlines, and maintain production standards.
• Oversee all stages of production: pre- production, execution, post- production, and communications.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Founder, identify risks and propose solutions.
• Coordinate Media, Photo, Stylist, Post- production teams and external collaborators.
• Develop and manage project plans including timelines, budgets, milestones, and team responsibilities.

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing creative, media, fashion, or artistic projects.
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
• High aesthetic sensitivity and ability to interpret abstract creative direction.
• Strong planning, organizational, and risk management skills.
• Proficient in project tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms.
