Liaising, networking, and keeping good relationships with current suppliers and relevant departments.
Ensure goods are purchased at the most competitive price & delivered on time.
Identify, locate & build partnerships with new vendors / suppliers.
Lead the company in securing quality suppliers of product, materials, and components that meet cost and quality targets.
Manage procurement of goods and services for the company.
Manage purchase orders, requisitions. Manage delivery schedules and quality of products.
Constant research of product, to obtain the best product and supplier in terms of best value for the company.
Manage payments and invoices of goods and services ordered and received.
Negotiate, review, finalize, and complete contracts along with monitoring progress.
Manage the company’s external suppliers in regards to purchase of goods and materials.

Related certificates: English, MS Office, etc.
Age: 21 and above
Experience: 1 year
Skill: communication, organization, demonstrates analytical, problem solving…
Major: Business, Economic or equivalent
Degree: Bachelor and above
Necessary pigments:
Responsibility in work, independent, fast and complete good job undertaken.
Teamwork spirit, following and urge colleagues meet related job to finalize and submit report on time
