Purchasing Staff

Monitoring quantity and delivery schedule, writing orders to refill stock
Making complaints and asking for compensation in case the product has problems
Negotiating, networking with numbers, as well as dealing with other factors such as scarcity, risk management, and quality evaluation
Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholders.
Doing import activities, coordinating with the Warehouse Department to receive goods
Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely
Making reports in purchasing and performing cost analysis
Receive purchasing requirements from other departments
Looking for the best quality equipment, goods, and services and buying at the most competitive price

Able to work under high pressure
Have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Purchasing, Supply Chain
Negotiation, analysis, and time management skills
Good in English (Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills)
Have 1- year experience in Purchasing in a manufacturing company is advanced
Fluency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
