Purchasing Staff

· Maintains Purchasing data, procurement documentation, and other pertinent information.
· Managing, supervising and tracking the activities of the purchasing to meet on time delivery for factory operations.
· Reviewing purchase requisitions and coordinate with requester on any clarifications.
· Ensuring the proper materials supply for operation of the factory and reduce the purchasing cost of materials / goods & services.
· Searching for proper vendors or suppliers for good quality of products and services with reasonable prices and payment terms.
· Making purchasing request, purchase order, delivery, payment for consumable
· Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with local suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation
· Proactively propose solutions to reduce purchasing costs
· Ensuring that every department receives goods and services as required and to the standard of the factory.
· Ensure that all products received with the highest quality and purchased at the best price.

Education Background
· College or University.
Working Experience
· Able to speak English or Chinese.
· More than 5 years of experience as the same position in Garment or Home textile industry.
· Familiar with sourcing from China factories.
· Experience of searching in difference category.
· Good in computer
· Experience of working in oversea manufacturing.
