Purchasing Staff (No Experience Needed)

Receive and manage the supply of goods from the company’s existing partner network (game- related goods and services).
Report and propose new pricing to management.
Create payment requests for purchases and communicate with suppliers.
Maintain consistent ordering and build strong relationships while developing a network with the company’s partners.
Oversee the flow of goods and maintain inventory levels in line with business plans.
Input the quantity of goods received into inventory and reconcile with the accounting department.
Report and suggest new games and partner feedback to management.
Negotiate to secure the best prices.

Proficient in English, equivalent to TOEIC 700 or higher.
Familiar with gaming (the company operates in the gaming industry).
Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields.
At least 1 year of work experience (experience in purchasing is not mandatory).
