Job Responsibilities:
Follow the PR, PO, inform users if variance happens, take corrective action or find alternatives.
Filing PO and Purchasing document in orderly. Ease to track and follow up.
Organize work and work place in professional way.
Sourcing product and services as per required by superior, and able to make recommendations.
Report & update the process of PRs & POs to Material Manager/Assistant Purchasing Manager as assigned.
Any other jobs that may be assigned by the Materials Manager/Assistant Purchasing Manager from time to time.
Work closely with Receiving on delivery and closing PO.
Process purchase requests for market list items, printing items, IT & recreation items as per assigned by Materials Manager.
Work closely with Finance in case of supplier follows payment, commercial invoices.
Work closely with relevant departments (eg. KIT, F&B...) for purchasing the items correctly & delivery.
Ensure Vendor Creation Form is creating correctly and properly documented with sufficient information required.
Prepare comparison file for products that require more attention and taste result from Food & Beverage.
Key quotations in system and allocate prices correctly.
