QA Team Lead

About the job:

Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers, providing guidance and support in achieving CDQA (Continuous Delivery Quality Assurance) goals.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams (BWC, Fleet3, Cloud) to understand project requirements and specifications in CDQA.
Collaborate with the QA Manager to establish QA timelines, specifications, and roadmaps.
Produce detailed reports documenting test results and processes to be provided to the QA Manager.
Manage bug reports and operational issues related to your team&039;s services.
Manage the quality of your team&039;s work through documentation and review.
Perform functional and regression testing to identify and report software defects and inconsistencies.
Work closely with development teams to identify, report, and troubleshoot software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Oversee the execution of team members to ensure the quality of software products.

About you:

Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Demonstrated ability to take a leading role in guiding a group of 5- 6 people towards a common goal.
5+ years of professional software testing experience managing complex software projects.
Experience in API testing.
Strong understanding of QA test cycles and testing methodologies.
Experience working with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) tools.
Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
Passionate about coaching people and leading by example.
Ability to collaborate in a team- oriented environment.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field of study, or equivalent work experience.
