Purpose of Job / Job Summary:
Responsible for daily Quality Safety Health & Environment (QSHE) activities to ensure compliance with work procedures, standards, specifications, drawings, laws & regulations and other relevant documents.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
To coordinate, monitor, conduct QSHE procedures at all departments and works sites, to promote awareness on QSHE by trainings and to conduct QSHE audits as plan.
To be involved in digital works (Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Diligent (Accuvio), Ariba, ect...) or further developed softwares as required.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superiors, the management.
To liaise with GLHQ- QSHE (Malaysia) & GLVN- QSHE (Hanoi) for assigned works.
To investigate and report or, where appropriate, to assist others to investigate the circumstances and root causes of incidents and take necessary steps to prevent a recurrence, participate to review over SHE performance.
To schedule, organize, support / conduct QSHE trainings / meetings, prepare recommendation for Authorised Personnel’s approval and other related admin works.
To interface with all divisions and project sites to implement, maintain and develop the QSHE Management System
To be involved in material / specification / method review and other items relating to QSHE during pre- development, project development (construction), post- development stage if required; lessons learnt analysis & sharing sessions relating to QSHE.
To participate in review of QEMS documents, departmental standard operation procedures (SOP).
To join business trip for training, inspection, audits and other relevant works as required at stakeholders’ locations and Gamuda Land’s project sites.
To have / join investigation / audits as regulated period for offices & project / work sites to monitor QSHE implementation in compliance with requirements, standards, laws & regulations, specifications, drawings and other relevant documents and submit reports.
To participate in ESG activities, especially items required for QSHE.
To participate and support to develop the role and function of SHE committee.
Keep up date and circulate codes of practices, any new QSHE Legislative or relevant information to all relevant employees, sites and stakeholders.
