Key Tasks:
• Work closely with all related departments to roll out and evaluate supplier performance, and timely renewal of supply contracts.
• Make monthly reports.
• Follow up on the product and service quality of suppliers.
• Maintain the rebate rate of current suppliers and deal with other suppliers to get a rebate on the total purchase amount.
• Place new purchase orders (PO) based on PR. Co- ordinate, and process PO in a timely manner to ensure continuous supply to the stores and warehouse, and make sure goods are delivered by suppliers on time.
• Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
• Source, analyze, and deal with the pricing for bidding monthly/quarterly or anytime the pricing changes.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Coordinate with warehouse team, update schedule of receiving goods promptly to reduce storage cost for weekly, and monthly PO of stores.
• Follow up and get the documents/ certification of food safety for the QA team.
• Cooperate with accounting team, operation team and other teams about solving goods related issues.
• Receive and analyze purchase requisitions (PR) from stores and the planning team.
Key Requirements :
Knowledge/ Skills/ Personalities:
• Strong organization and management skills
• Ability to handle tasks independently
• In- depth knowledge of the quick- service restaurant industry is a plus
• Ethical and transparent in dealing with vendors & the company
• Good at numbers and Excel
• Detail- oriented, hardworking, results- oriented, initiative- taking, honesty and integrity
• Excellent interpersonal & English skills (written & verbal)
• Good negotiation skills
Education
• Bachelor&039;s Degree in business, operations, or a related field.
Work experiences
• 3+ years experience in procurement/supply chain management, F&B & Retail sectors are referred.
