Quality Control Manager (QC)

Responsibilities:

Collaborates with management and senior staff across production departments and roles to draft acceptable quality standards;
Develops and implements quality standard testing and evaluation processes;
Conducts random inspections and quality control checks;
Periodically reports status of quality control and operations to executive leadership and, when required, regulatory agencies;
Evaluates production operations from a strategic level to ensure that products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications and requirements;
Reviews quality control documentation such as checklists, logs, and reports for effectiveness, accuracy, and relevance;
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Facilitates communication among production divisions and management;
Assesses test results and approves recommended changes;

Qualifications:

Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Build and manage a dedicated Automation team, leveraging tools such as Selenium and Katalon,...
Experience with full- cycle software development and testing methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7 years of experience in software quality control, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Mentor and upgrade the skills of existing team members, focusing on automation testing.
Experience with full- cycle software development and testing methodologies.
Lead a team of 5- 10+ QC Engineers, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Growth mindset with a proactive approach to problem- solving and process improvement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Certification in Quality Control or related areas (e.g., ISTQB,...)
