Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to lead the implementation and oversight of our quality assurance processes, ensuring the delivery of high- quality products that meet customer standards and contribute to business success. Join us to continue expanding our unique B2B SaaS app portfolios with already over 20,000 customers.
Responsibilities:

Other tasks assigned by the Managers.
Execute testing from all levels including but not limited to System, Integration, and Regression.
Report, track, and monitor defects.
Design and develop automation scripts when needed.
Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.

Experience in manual testing (regression, smoke, exploratory testing).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other team members.
Ability to thrive in a fast- paced and collaborative environment.
Detail orientation.
At least one year of experience as a QC specialist.
