Quản Lý Sản Xuất (Production Team Leader), Bình Dương

A Team Leader, Production has full shift responsibility for a process area across all key metrics Safety- Quality – Delivery- Productivity- Cost – People. Manage production teams and repair machinery and equipment on production line.
Production Management:
• Deliver the volumes with the planned and budgeted headcount
• Accurate inventories in the area by Opening and Closing Process Orders in time and complete
• Priority Setting through Daily Direction Setting and effective escalation of issues
• Team ownership of controllable cost, like area perf., overtime, consumables and material usage
• Own at least one Daily Management System for the Module/Value Stream
• Coach and develop individual team members
• Manage 1 production line with 10- 15 workers to deliver the production plan.
• Ensure volumes are produced in time in full against the production plan
• Building and growing High Performing Teams in his area

• Avoid incidents by ensure &039;zero quality incidents&039; mentality and culture in his area

• At least 1 year of experience in Production Management position, preferred in F&B Industry
• English: intermediate, able to read English documents, write emails
• Working knowledge of Lean 6 Sigma, GMP, TPM, 5S or similar continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electricity & Electronic/Food Technology….or relevant background
• Strong prioritizing, problem- solving, management skills
• Experience with basic machine repair and maintenance is a plus.
• Shift Work: 8 hours/shift, 3 shifts/day & 6 days/week (rotate shifts every week)
