Handle guest check- in and checkout efficiently, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor while utilizing sales- minded approaches.
Register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests whenever feasible.
Assist in pre- registration and room blocking for reservations, adhering to credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies.
Stay informed about daily activities, meetings, safety protocols, and emergency procedures, while maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping, manage reservations, and perform cashiering tasks such as posting charges and currency exchange.
Understand room status tracking, room locations, types, and rates, along with comprehensive knowledge of hotel property, staff, and services.
Maintain guest room key storage and supervise access to safe deposit boxes, ensuring proper front office equipment usage and adherence to safety procedures.

Have a professional degree, certificate or graduate major related to the tourism or service industry
