Receptionist - Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, Non Nuoc Beach Villas

Complying with hotel procedures and safety policies.
Assisting the reservations manager with taking reservations.
Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure..
Operating switchboard and assisting with inquiries.
Performing duties on a daily checklist.
Collaborating and communicating with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Anticipating and addressing guests&039; needs, and resolving their problems and complaints.
Greeting and thanking guests in a sincere, friendly manner.

Competent in Microsoft Office software
Feel comfortable working in a fast- paced environment requiring multitasking
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
High school diploma or suitable equivalent
Strong problem- solving skills required
Tourism & Hospitality experience preferred

Working 5 days per week- off 2 days per week
