- To ensure at any time that no guest is waiting for too long to have somebody available at the Front Desk, to get a room or waiting for the Duty Manager.
- To ensure that all the standards and procedures established at the Pullman Hanoi are reached successfully and permanently.
- The receptionist will be dynamic and efficient to serve all guests approaching the Front Desk with a professional, warm and positive attitude and can work night- shift
- He/she will be a main actor in the check- in and check- out process, which occur at the Front Desk, and will be available to help the guest in any of his request.
- The Receptionist will be ready to help the guest in any of his request and will guide him to the right person when it is required.
Yêu cầu công việc
Working experience with Opera system is an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English
Strong computer skills- Initiative, courteous, hard working and attentive to details
Having experiences at the same position in hospitality is a plus
