Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Prepare quotation requests for recruitment channels (HotelJob, VNWork,..) if needed.
Support HOD and TA with conducting/ update job description
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for various positions within the organization – Update Recruiment Data Base
Conduct expectation; reference checks and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Assist Talent Acquisition with recruitment- Understand staffing needs and requirements.
Follow full cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Training:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements
Support HOD with training Materials printing & logistics
Identify training needs through performance assessments and consultations with HOD
Updating & following training programs & set calendar for each venue
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of recruitment and training activities.
Provide HR support and guidance to employees on various HR- related matters.
Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Report:
Weekly & Monthly meeting with TA/ HR Manager to update/ sum- up recruitment process & Training Attendance

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
Strong organizational, attention to details and time- management.
Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
