Regional Manager / Store Manager

Strategy Execution & Market Expansion: Implement company&039;s market strategies, develop and execute regional market development plans to enhance brand awareness and market share.
Expense Control & Problem Solving: Manage the budget and control sales expenses within the region, effectively handle various emergencies to ensure smooth business operations.
Team Building & Training: Build and nurture a high- performance team, regularly provide product knowledge, sales skills training, and other necessary training to store staff to enhance overall team capabilities.
Customer Relations & Market Analysis: Maintain and expand customer relationships, conduct regular market research, analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to support company decision- making.
Store Operations & Performance Management: Oversee daily operations of regional stores, ensure achievement of sales targets, and optimize management to boost store performance.

Market Sensitivity: Familiar with local market conditions, equipped with keen market insights and analytical abilities.
Education & Experience: College diploma or above, with at least 5 years of experience in the education industry or retail, including 3+ years of store management or regional management experience.
Professionalism: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent work ethic, and teamwork spirit, able to withstand high pressure.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese, with strong English reading and writing skills preferred.
Management Skills: Possess excellent execution, communication, and team management skills, capable of leading a team to achieve goals.
