• Liaise with housekeeping and engineering teams to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for new arrivals.
• Coordinate with maintenance to resolve any room- related issues or repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to guest experiences.
• Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure timely cleaning and preparation of rooms, updating room status promptly.
• Generate and analyze reports on room occupancy, revenue, and guest preferences, providing insights for strategic planning and decision- making.

• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
• Work with the reservations team to manage room inventory, cancellations, and no- shows effectively, ensure booking update accurate information.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of room management systems, ensuring all data is current and reflective of room status and availability.
Responsible Business
• Ensure the accurate update of room status in the hotel management system.
• Assign rooms to guests based on reservations, preferences, and special requests, ensuring a smooth check- in process.
• Monitor room availability, manage overbookings, and adjust room assignments as needed to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments (e.g., front desk, sales, reservation) to align room operations with overall business objectives.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet established cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Guest Experience
• Address and resolve guest complaints related to room assignments or issues efficiently and courteously.
• Provide personalized service to enhance guest experiences, including handling room upgrades, early check in, late check- outs, and other special arrangements.
• Ensure that hotel activities and operational requirements are shared during shift briefings
• Maintain a high level of guest interaction, ensuring that all guests’ needs and preferences are met, including special requests and VIP services.
