Survey market and competitors
Looking for Potential Customer:
Sources: Internet information, Current customer&039;s Service Expansion, On- site survey at ports and industrial zone, Contacting customers from enquiries from overseas
Approaching/ Visit Customer:
- Visitting Customer, Introduce company in full details collect needed information of volume, commodities, demands of transport.
- Consult suitable service for customer demands, introduce company strategic services to customers.
- Setting up the appoinment Schedule and get confirmation from Customers.
Submit & Follow up quotation
Confirm quotation & make contract
Transfer information to related Operation Dept
- Follow with Operation Departments until process going smoothly.
- Being Window PIC for the first shipment.
- Updating Shipment Information to customer/ and Solve problem if arise.
Sale activities report:
- Making Sales Report/ Survey Report under DGM&039;s Instruction
- Weekly Sales Meeting to update news/ activities of SPMD Group
Yêu cầu công việc
- Ability to work under pressure, high responsibility.
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree of Foreign Trade/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics.- At least 3 years of experience in a related field; preference will be given to candidates with experience working at a Japanese company
- Working place: TP.HCM (Tan Binh District);
- Negotiation/Customers Orientation/Sales/Time Management Skills
- Fluent communication in English (written and oral)
