- Entertains as directed.
- Arranges, qualifies and handles familiarization/ site inspection trips for current and potential clients
- Effective implementation of sales accounts management system and ensuring that the procedures are being maintained and kept up- to- date.
- Reacts promptly to requests by the superiors or DOSM for reports and other assignments.
- Established and maintains files on active accounts within his/ her areas of coverage and partake in cross selling of sister/ affiliated hotels.
- Timely submission of call reports and related feedbacks to superior on changing market conditions, competitors’ activities (competitors’ analysis) and area of opportunities
- Evaluate account productivity and provide recommendations to capitalize on opportunities and strategies to address shortfalls.
- Performs related duties and special projects as may be assigned
- Disseminate sales related information to other departments in a timely manner
- Effectively plan and conduct sales calls in accordance with the assigned territories and market segments; maintenance of existing accounts while focusing on new accounts to increase overall customer base
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, staff and employees.
- Participates in sales and marketing meetings and briefs as directed by Senior Sales Manager/ Assistant Director of Sales/ Director of Sales & Marketing
- Attends promotional events or business functions within his/ her area of responsibility or as assigned by Senior Sales Manager or Director of Sales & Marketing
- Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
- Promptly qualifies all sales leads. Responds within 24 hours to all inquiries, leads and correspondences from prospects, customers and referrals.
- Support and assist Sales Coordinators on the effective execution of tasks.
- Maintains up- to- date level of communication with superiors/ DOSM on a constant basis
- Maintaining a high level of exposure for the hotel in assigned markets through direct sales solicitation, telephone, email, faxes and other written communications. Minimum sales calls required is 30 calls per week.
- Implement sales action plans related to his/ her assigned areas.

- To ensure that no press releases or public statements are made without the prior consent of the General Manager
- Any additional tasks requested by his/ her HOD.

- Aptitude to learn, Team player
- Mature thinking, responsible and able to make sound decisions
- English – good command for spoken, writing and comprehension.
- Min. 2 years sales experience
- Hard working, willing to work long hours
- University graduate with diploma in English language
- Personality – dynamic, outgoing, pleasant, honest and with integrity.
