Sales Executive (IT System)

Understand the relating industries situation in order to define the target markets.
Follow required documentation job (quotation, delivery note, sales contract, and invoice etc.) and collect full payment from customers without delay
Prepare Sales plans for system including Hardware & Software, Infrastructure &Cyber Security service.
Cooperate with partners in order to expand the market, update the sales situation, new software information and other sales campaigns.
Generate new prospects and following up these prospects tightly until WIN
Prepare/submit sales report monthly, quarterly and yearly to Sales Manager

Sales skill, problems solving skill, strong analytical and planning skill
Graduated from university majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or relevant majors.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent in using MS (Excel, Word, PPT), business email writing and internet searching
Logical thinking, skilled at presenting problems, evaluating solutions and developing good implementation plans.
Good communication, fast situation handling; Skilled in negotiation, persuasion
Ability work independently as well as in the Team environment
2+ years of experience as a Sales Executive in IT system
