SALES MANAGER (FREIGHT FORWARDING)

The Sales Manager develops, implements short- and long- term strategic sales goals; establishes appropriate account responsibility including recognition of new and repeat business opportunities; reviews and analyzes sales reports to report progress and develop initiatives to refocus on objectives as needed; coordinates with marketing groups to develop appropriate sales informational materials.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts;
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or business segment;
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts;
Negotiate and close agreements with customers;
Other tasks as assigned by the director.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs;

* Working Hours: Mon- Fri (08:00- 12:00; 13:30- 17:30), Sat (08:00- 12:00)
* Location: Rivergate Residence, 151- 155 Ben Van Don, District 4, HCMC, Vietnam

Requirements:

5+ years related experience Forwarding.
Strong negotiation skills.
Highly self- motivated and assertive.
Ability to work under pressure;
Industry recognized professional with established key contacts.
Be able to work and cooperate with others
Intermediate Degree in Export/ Import, Foreign Trade,… or equivalent;
Good communication skills with a customer service attitude.
